Now Two Granddaughters

God has seen fit to allow the safe arrival of our second granddaughter, Shana Elizabeth, born October 10,2008, at 4:45 pm, weighing in at seven pounds. So now Selena is a big sister and she loves it. Just wanted to tell the good news here at this blog--It's already been announced at my Nanna's Reflections blog.

Those who his gracious cov'nant keep

The Lord will ever bless;

Their children's children shall rejoice

To see his righteousness.

Aww Maxine..
How precious and beautiful they both are. Congratulations my sistah!!
I got to spend time with my daughter who came to visit me from California I posted a pic of us both on my new post. Selena reminds me of when my daughter was her age.

Our pastor became a grandafther for the second time Saturday.

He took to the pulpit this weekend and said, "It was hard, but I made it through. I think I'll be strong enouogh to preach today."

Grandparenting just seems so much more fun than parenting.

Congratulations!

There is so much joy in being a Nana! I just returned from visiting my NINE g'kids all at one time! Oh the hugs were so very special. I brought home treasured notes written by two of the girls. Now precious bookmarkers!

I'm so happy for your answered prayer and health of Beverly and the baby.

God bless you with more precious moments to cherish.
